Premium Brochure service

Prices 2009

All prices include photography, graphic design & printing but are exclusive of 19,6% TVA. Our objective is to make the process as simple as possible for the client. All we need is the yacht’s location, the captain’s contact details, any text required and the GA's & specifications. The completed brochures will be delivered free of charge within 4 weeks to your office/yacht if located in the Monaco or 06 department of France.

Photography: Fully comprehensive photo shoot. For best results, aerial running shots are always recommended as they make a more dynamic brochure. Helicopter hire is charged at €950 p/hour but there will be no extra charge for photography. Price is dependent on location and time required. All photo material can be used freely to promote the yacht. You will receive all images on CD and a website containing the pictures for direct acces.

Design: Each brochure will be exclusively designed to suit the yacht's look & feel. During the design process you will receive an Adobe Acrobat 6.0 PDF file for you to approve/correct. Before printing will take place, a Chromalin Proof of your job is made and sent to you for final approval.

Printing: All our brochures are printed in full colour on 400 gsm paper. You can choose whichever finish you prefer, gloss/matt laminate or matt laminate with spot varnish, without any extra charge. Please contact us for optional extras such as hot foil, fold-outs, 5th colour etc.. We are always in attendance when printing takes place to ensure the finished result meets our high standards.

Time frame quoted is dependent on the availability of the yacht and prompt approval of the design.

Basic Brochure service

In edition to our line of premium brochure, designed for Mega- and Super Yachts we developed a line of basic brochures for the yachts from 15 to 30 metres. This line offers an exceptional value for money providing you with our premium quality for a basic price.

Photograhy: Limited photo shoot to match the chosen brochure template. 2 running shots made from the quay are included. All photo material can be used freely to promote the yacht. You will receive all images on CD.

Design: For the design you can choose from several templates which will be adapted to fit the look & feel of the yacht. During the design process you will receive an Adobe Acrobat 6.0 PDF file for you to approve/correct. Before printing will take place, a last PDF of your job is made and sent to you for final approval.

Brochure: All basic brochures are printed in full colour on 350 gsm paper and will have an all over gloss laminate. Please contact us for optional extras such as hot foil, 5th colour etc.. We are always in attendance when printing takes place to ensure the finished result meets our high standards.

Video production

At the same time that your aerial running shots are photographed we can provide a professional video shoot of the yacht for use on your website or inclusion in the brochure. All videos will be shot in HDV in 16:9 widescreen format. Final montage will be in PAL format (European DVD standard) or NTSC if required. Helicopter hire is not included but this will be charged at costs (€950p/hour), if combined with the photo shoot approx. 10 minutes extra fly time. Combinations are also possible with other photographers on request.

Yacht website

The website will comprise of 5 pages, Home, Exterior, Interior, Specifications and Contact (6 pages if we created a video). The website will be designed in the same style as the brochure. Price include 1 year hosting service and 5 pop email addresses. For a more comprehensive website, or special request, please contact us for a quote.
